I am nominating Mrs. Brandie Soto for this generous award sponsored by NCL. Mrs. Soto is a proud educator of Palm Beach County home of the Binks Forest Elementary Owls. This year she was the recipient of an extraordinary teacher award for having gone above and beyond during an extremely difficult year for all educators. Mrs. Soto has been a shining explain of resilience kindness and perseverance for her virtual and brick and mortar students. She suffered economic and health setbacks and yet everyday she went to work with an indomitable spirit and smile on her face. While teaching the many great lessons from the book Wonder Mrs. Soto taught her students to be kind caring and loving. Her positivity is contagious. She is a remarkable human being that her students will remember from years to come. As a parent we are forever grateful for the indelible mark she has left on our child to always be kind honest and good.
